Site Delivery Policy

Advanced Lighting Technologies Australia’s delivery terms are FIS if over minimum order value.

Freight charges to state capital cities are included in the price of the product. This does not apply to poles. Delivery to rural cities and places outside standard freight network as well as any delivery of poles are quoted as a separate item.

Goods are delivered FIS. It is sometimes requested by the purchaser that goods be delivered directly to site or third party addresses. ADLTA can accommodate these requests under the following conditions:

ADLTA use external freight companies and will advise their name and consignment number. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to follow up with the freight company for the final delivery details including time of delivery.

If the goods are delivered to site and delays of over 30min occur at site or delivery cannot be made freight charge will be incurred at an hourly rate of $90.

All deliveries must be inspected by the purchaser or their representative on site at the time of delivery and any missing/damaged goods must be reported to ADLTA within 24 hours. Claims will not be accepted after this period
